Company's success began in the year 1934 with a trouser hanger that was adjustable in size and practically undestroyable. After WWII, Lüthi Tissus became a specialist in trade with high quality textiles and gadgets for the fashion industry. The list of the brands supplied by them contains all the big names from the world of fashion: Valentino, Versace, Gucci, and many others. But with time and global development, concurrence from the far east took over and many quality oriented companies in Europe have faced their downfall. The last strike for Lüthi Tissus was the fabric for a dress made for Michele Obama, which she wore at the inauguration ceremony for her husband. Few Years ago, Lüthi Tissus was forced to close their business and their warehouse in beautiful Emmental. El Patrol Collective has rented the space with the melancholic flair and with some fresh colour and creativity we have turned it to our new home. In two years staying there, we had a lot of fun, inspiration and space for our needs and projects.
